Do you love science, have an interest in health and medicine and want to make a difference to people's lives? A career in medical communications at Wave could be right for you. We welcome applications from graduates, either for entry-level roles or for our Graduate Scheme.

Our graduate assessment days run up to three times a year and consist of a full day assessment centre held online with up to 12 applicants. There are group activities, individual assessments, and a short interview. Successful candidates will then come into the office for a final interview. You will also meet members of the team and get a feel for the company.

A role within a medical communications agency will allow you to use and develop your scientific knowledge while giving you a range of practical skills ranging from creative brainstorming to project management. Our work involves communicating with healthcare professionals and patients through a wealth of channels, ensuring that they have the information they need to make informed decisions about treatments for disease. Projects we undertake include: websites; e-learning; online meetings; educational events; animations and video work.
