Congratulations to our first ever Wave Award winners: Noelia, Riya and Charlotte!
As part of our commitment to our values, Wave has instituted the Wave Awards; a quarterly prize given to those that have particularly embodied one of our core values of ambition, accountability, collaboration, agility or quality.
This quarter, we congratulate:
Noelia for her ambition – she has shown herself to be a learning sponge, soaking up advice and comments and applying the learnings. She has strengthened her relationships with clients and suppliers alike.
Riya for her accountability – through all she does, Riya helps to ensure that we are able to deliver on client promises.
Charlotte for her collaboration – always considering others in the way she works. She is also always on the lookout for opportunities to ensure the development of her team.
