Congratulations to our Q2 Wave Value Award winners: Charlotte, Albina and Zoë!
As part of our commitment to our values, Wave has instituted the Wave Awards; a quarterly prize given to those that have particularly embodied one of our core values of ambition, accountability, collaboration, agility or quality.
This quarter, we congratulate:
Charlotte for her ambition – Over the last quarter she has demonstrated a real hunger and ambition in proactively going after new opportunities. She recently submitted proposals to support a significant value of additional projects.
Albina for her collaboration – She works super hard and always goes above and beyond to make herself as helpful as humanly possible and does so with a smile on her face!
Zoë for her ambition – She consistently pushes herself and those around her to make sure that we are delivering the best work that we can. She challenges when she thinks that we could be doing more, makes suggestions for adding value and is always thinking about the end result.
