Wave Graduate Scheme

Our graduate scheme begins with a 6-month training period, during which you will undertake an extensive induction process to learn about the pharmaceutical industry, specifically medical communications (med comms), as well as the values and processes important to Wave.

You will have exposure to elements of all three of our career ladders: Account Management, Medical Writing and Editorial; and will start project work in one of them. At the end of the 6 months, having passed your probation, you will start in an entry-level job in one of these career streams.

At Wave, we care about each other and about the work we do. Our core values are ambition, collaboration, agility, accountability and quality. We put a heavy focus on personal development, so if you join Wave as a graduate we will support your development over the long term, with a training programme, clear pathways to each promotion, and a wealth of opportunities to grow your skills and experience along the way. We offer a competitive package, including flexible working.

All applicants should have exceptional educational credentials. An academic background in a scientific discipline is desirable, though not essential. The ideal candidate will have the drive, creativity and people skills to make their mark both internally and with clients.
